Rules that keep N3XT.TV safe, honest, and great for creators and viewers alike.
Content Standards
No Illegal Content
Do not upload unlawful or exploitative material. Reports create review records; authorized administrators determine appropriate restriction, preservation, escalation, or removal based on the evidence and applicable law.
No Harassment or Hate Speech
Targeted harassment, doxxing, credible threats, and attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited and may result in content or account restrictions after review.
No Graphic Violence
Real-world graphic violence, gore, and content that glorifies or promotes violence or self-harm is not permitted. Clearly labeled fictional violence in artistic works may be allowed under context review.
Be Honest and Authentic
Impersonating another person or organization, using misleading metadata to deceive viewers, fake engagement schemes, and coordinated inauthentic behavior all violate our policies.
Respect Privacy
Do not share another person's private information or intimate imagery without a lawful basis and consent. Use the reporting workflow so authorized reviewers can preserve evidence and take appropriate action.
Age Restriction Compliance
All content must be correctly age-rated by the creator. Content involving minors must adhere to strict child safety standards. Adult content (18+) must be properly labeled and gated. Mislabeling is a policy violation.
No Spam or Misleading Metadata
Do not use misleading titles, descriptions, or thumbnails to deceive viewers. Spam in comments, botted views or subscribers, and artificial engagement manipulation are all policy violations.
Copyright Compliance
Only upload content you own, license, or otherwise have a lawful basis to use. Copyright notices and counter-notices must use the dedicated DMCA workflow.
Enforcement
Reports enter an administrator review queue and do not guarantee removal or a deadline. Outcomes may include no action, corrected metadata, restriction, removal, suspension, or a ban depending on context and severity.
Use the Contact page to ask about an account decision and include the relevant identifiers. Review time depends on severity and moderator availability.
Content Age Ratings
All content on N3XT.TV is rated by its creator: G (all ages), PG (parental guidance), PG-13 (13+), R (mature), or 18+ (adults only). Incorrect ratings are treated as a policy violation. Viewers can set age restrictions on their accounts.
Repeat Violations
N3XT.TV does not promise an automatic three-strike outcome. Authorized administrators evaluate severity, history, legal obligations, and available evidence.
